REFUND POLICY

Consultation appointments may be scheduled up to 90 days in advance, depending on the consultant's availability.  To cancel an appointment and reschedule, please contact us at info@chdesigncorps.com at least 48 hours in advance of your meeting time.  If you would prefer a refund to rescheduling, a full refund will be given for appointments cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting time.  Cancellations that fall within 48 hours of the meeting time will not be refunded.

To cancel a course, please contact us at info@chdesigncorps.com at least 48 hours in advance of the course's starting time for a full refund.  Cancellations within 48 hours of the course but not on the day of the course will receive a 50% refund.  Cancellations on the day of the course will not be refunded.

If paid for by credit or bank card, it may take up to 30 days to issue a refund for consultation appointments and courses whether cancelled by the customer or  CHDC..
